Danielle LaJoie is Strategic Partnerships Manager at Constellation Consulting, where she builds and sustains strong partnerships with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and corporate partners to advance equitable and effective public-interest initiatives. She brings deep experience in partnership development, nonprofit management, and cross-sector collaboration, with a particular strength in translating shared goals into durable, results-driven relationships.
Danielle has over a decade of experience working across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, supporting organizations to design programs, strengthen operations, and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Prior to joining Constellation Consulting, she held senior partnership and program leadership roles where she led collaborative initiatives, managed strategic alliances, and worked closely with funders, public agencies, and community-based organizations to drive systems-level impact.
Throughout her career, Danielle has been recognized as a trusted partner and strategic facilitator, valued for her ability to build alignment among diverse partners, foster trust, and keep equity and community impact at the center of the work. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, relationship building, and a deep respect for the expertise that organizations and communities bring to the table.
Danielle holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit and Philanthropy Leadership from Grand Valley State University. She lives in Albuquerque, on the traditional, unceded homelands of
the Tiwa, Tewa, Diné, and N’de peoples.
