Jessica Paul-Ward, LMSW, has worked in the field of social work since 2001. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico in 2001, focusing on psychology and family studies. Her work has included program development and clinical work for numerous populations including the homeless, teen mothers, refugees, children with developmental disabilities and families involved with the foster care system. She spent more than ten years with Children, Youth and Families in Colorado working with high risk families facing substance abuse and mental health issues. Upon her move to New Mexico in 2013, she began working as home study writer for families wishing to adopt internationally as well as from the foster care system. Currently, Jessica works full time as a social worker for Presbyterian Healthcare Services, while continuing her work as a Home Study Investigator at All Faiths Children’s Advocacy Center during her “free time”. She also assists as an on-call social worker for Advocacy, Inc., filling in on adult guardianship cases going through the court system.

Jessica’s passion is working to help others find their voice through coaching, education and self-advocacy. Outside of work, Jessica is co-chair of the Social Justice Committee at Congregation Albert. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, taking road trips, and playing board games.
