Constellation Consulting's Team includes consultants with more than 75 years of combines experience crafting, implementing, and managing events - from small team-based meetings to large educational conferences and fundraising events - through in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Our team members are Certified in Virtual Event & Meeting Management, and have earned Inclusive Event Strategist Certificates. We begin each event by working with our Clients to develop an Event Action Plan that highlights key milestones, dates, and resources needed to keep your event on-track, and provide clear communication and transparent reporting to support our collaborative efforts. We can manage each step of your event, from registration, attendee and presenter engagement, and evaluation and reporting.
Constellation can secure the venue, food and beverage, audio-visual, and other event needs.
Constellation can manage your streaming needs, event platform, and monitor on-line discussion groups.

Marketing/Communications/Engagement: Constellation's Team is skilled at developing event marketing and communications tools that lead to increased registrations, greater participant engagement, and build valuable connections for presenters and attendees in today's world.
Continuing Education Units: Constellation has worked with a variety of industries, and understands the process to secure CEUs for community health workers, social workers, physicians and medical providers, human resources/human relations professionals, accounting professionals, fundraising professionals, and more.
Data & Evaluation: Constellation's Team includes a data and evaluations specialist who works with our Clients to craft session evaluations that provide worthwhile assessments. Based on these assessments, Constellation can provide a report of actionable recommendations for future programs, projects, and events.
