DaLin Broadwater is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative coordination, education, and mental health counseling. She currently serves as an Administrative Coordinator at Constellation Consulting, where she manages key office operations and supports events and projects to ensure smooth workflows. With strong organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence, DaLin contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Her professional experience spans various roles, including serving as a substitute teacher at Internationella Engelska Skolan in Sweden and working as Assistant Director and Counselor at The Highland Institute in Atlanta, GA. In these roles, DaLin demonstrated her ability to lead teams, provide counseling, manage administrative tasks, and work collaboratively to support clients in achieving their goals. She has also held positions as a grant assistant at Georgia State University and a teacher at Veritas Academy, showcasing her versatility and dedication to making a positive impact in educational and administrative settings.

She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan College, graduating summa cum laude, and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Gordon State College, where she was a Phi Theta Kappa member.
