As the Director of Events at Constellation Consulting, Erin oversees the strategic direction and execution of high-impact events, ensuring alignment between client needs and team expertise. Her extensive background includes exhibit sales, contract negotiations, virtual event delivery, and cutting-edge event technologies such as live streaming, AI, and virtual reality.

Prior to joining Constellation Consulting, Erin co-founded BankersHub, a successful B2B EdTech company serving the banking industry. During her tenure as CEO, she spearheaded the development of industry-first virtual conferences, built strategic partnerships, and led the company through a successful acquisition in 2023. Erin’s expertise spans event planning, marketing strategy, and product development in regulated industries, with a deep commitment to driving innovation in event management and content delivery.

Erin is a frequent speaker and moderator at renowned industry conferences such as Money 20/20 and MJ Biz Con, where she shares insights on FinTech, cannabis banking, and virtual events.
