Lela Fredine is a dedicated Event Coordinator who brings energy and
enthusiasm to every event. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the
University of Miami, where she developed a strong foundation in
analytical thinking, leadership, and cross-cultural communication.

In her role at Constellation, Lela supports the planning and execution
of a wide variety of events. She coordinates logistics, collaborates
with vendors, optimizes attendee experiences and assists with venue
operations. She is committed to ensuring each event runs smoothly and
exceeds expectations.

Prior to joining Constellation, Lela worked as Secretary of the
Committee for Culture and Belonging for the University of Miami's
Psychology Department. Here she gained valuable experience in event
planning, community outreach, and digital marketing. She brings those
skills to every event, helping teams work efficiently while
maintaining a positive experience for all attendees. Lela is
passionate about creating meaningful events that bring people together
and leave a lasting impression.

Outside of work, Lela enjoys running, trivia, seeing new movies, and
taking her dog on hikes.
