The Constellation Consulting Team

Matthew Cross-Guillén is the Community Impact Manager at Constellation Consulting. He has lived in New Mexico for 25 years and graduated with a Masters from the University of New Mexico. Before joining Constellation Consulting, Matt worked with county and state agencies building partnerships between agencies and community organizations on a number of community health projects.

Mateo is his other identity that started in Panamá where he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer and he found his rhythm dancing típico, salsa, merengue and bachata and met his wife. In Albuquerque he follows a couple of Latino DJs and goes out dancing wherever he can. 

Matt enjoys watching a variety of sports, tries to play pickleball, darts and ping pong and sometimes hits the target with his recurve bow. He also enjoys cooking, reading and is writing his first book about how individual health connects to system health. Matt is a self labeled systems thinker and works in community health with the dream of helping make the healthier choice, the easier choice. He has also been trained in root cause analysis and embraces his inner toddler to ask why, why, why.
