Olga Melancon brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications to her role as Director of Business Development at Constellation Consulting. She is passionate about building strong relationships and connecting
organizations with tools that can help them thrive.

Her career began in the credit union industry, where she led strategic marketing and communications initiatives to strengthen financial well-being in New Mexico. She later expanded her skillset in the public sector, supporting large-scale initiatives and fostering partnerships that advanced community resilience and public service goals.

Olga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University and is a proud recipient of Albuquerque Business First’s 40 Under 40 award,
recognizing her professional achievements and community leadership. Beyond her
professional work, Olga is committed to serving her community. She volunteers her time to parent-teacher organizations and neighborhood coalitions, supporting education,
community-building, and local engagement initiatives.

When Olga isn’t working or volunteering her time in the community, she enjoys exploring
New Mexico’s trails with her family, traveling, and caring for her 80+ houseplants.
